You joined our tribe, now we want to make sure you're happy being a part of it! If your purchase isn't exactly what you want it to be, we will help make it right. We will do the best we can to accept returns from purchases directly from our shop, but we maintain the right to reject the return if necessary.
In most cases we will either refund your order or ship you a new product, whichever makes you happy! Just reach out to DJ@activeroots.co and he'll help you get the process started.
We do not have a time limit on returns, but will be more forgiving on issues that aren't a result of user error. Be honest with us and we'll do the best we can to make sure you're happy.
